I chose crayfish after seeing them near the lighthouse. These ancient creatures are vital to ecosystems, feeding on waste to keep water clean. In Lake Leman, native crayfish disappeared due to human actions and plague, replaced by invasive species. I designed clay tetrapods as shelters to help them adapt to an unsuitable ecosystem. My short social media-style film explores their history, struggles, and future.
